Meditation 3: Cultivate Your Intentional Action
Hey there, Faithgineer!
This meditation is designed to help you see yourself intentionally creating habits and a routine that aligns your day-to-day activities with your goals and values.
The habits we form on our life journey create our experiences through life. Our habits form the building blocks of our daily lives, shaping our present and our future, experience by experience.
As you engage with this meditation, I invite you to create space for stillness so you can deeply reflect on the power of living by intention.
Let’s flow …
Visualize your daily life as a quilt knitted together with your decisions and your actions. Each patch represents a habit, a small yet significant part of the entire quilt, which is beautifully comprised of all the pieces.
Now, think about the habits you want to cultivate in your life. Habits are comprised of decisions and the resulting actions you repeatedly take over and over. I invite you to think of decisions and actions that resonate with your core values and support your aspirations.
Envision these decisions and resulting actions being related to your health, your work, your relationships, your spiritual growth, or any other area in which you want to live more intentionally.
Imagine yourself making decisions and engaging in these specific actions day by day. How do they feel? How do they contribute to your well-being and success?
See yourself taking these actions with ease and joy as they become a natural part of your routine … your flow … which forms your daily habits.

As you visualize these habits, consider the steps needed to make them your reality. Perhaps you need to set specific goals, create a schedule, or surround yourself with an accountability partner or group.
Remember This:
Your progress along your journey toward your destination happens decision-by-decision and action-by-action. You can do it, for your power lies within.
Scripture confirms this truth in Philippians 4:13, which tells us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
This powerful verse reminds us that each of us can develop habits that create a fulfilling and purpose-driven life through our faith and intention.
As we wind down this meditation, take a deep breath and commit yourself to the new habits you envision. Allow yourself to feel a sense of accomplishment and progress from your intentional action.

Know This:
Every day is an opportunity to develop and commit to habits that align with your purpose and vision.
Embrace your journey of intentionality with confidence, knowing that each decision and every action brings you into the life you are created to live.
Believe in yourself and your ability to create a life worthy of your calling through deliberate decisions and intentional actions that are strengthened by your faith and guided by wisdom.
