Meditation 17: Aligned for Abundance – Asking with Anticipation

Hey there, Faithgineer,

Welcome to another Mindfulness Meditation.  In this meditation, we are journeying through opening our hearts to the abundance that comes from asking with anticipation, seeking with a focus on God’s will, and knocking on doors to what our hearts desire. 

Let’s prepare for reflection, contemplation, and meditation.  

Find a quiet, comfortable space, and bring along your Bible, favorite pen, and your #FaithFocusFlow notebook. Ready your heart and mind to receive and reflect upon revelations from Holy Spirit as we journey through this time together of prayerful petition and meditation.  Use your notebook to record your thoughts.  

Let’s get started with a few deep breaths. 

Inhale faith; exhale any doubt or worry. 

Breathe in anticipation; breathe out any hesitation.

Now that you are more centered than you were before, let’s flow into a visualization in which you see yourself embracing the divine flow of asking, seeking, knocking, and receiving – as described in scripture in Matthew 7:7-8, which tells us …  

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.‘”

Let’s imagine petitioning God through asking, seeking, and knocking for the desires of our hearts, as we first seek His righteousness. 

Ask for Wisdom and Discernment 

See yourself asking for and receiving the Godly wisdom and discernment needed to make wealthy business decisions that generate significant revenue through making the earth more like it is in heaven. 

Imagine yourself building wealthy business ventures that are rooted in bible-based principles and Christ-centered practices that literally transform your industry for the good, right before your eyes. 

Seek Meaning, Impact, and Influence 

See your Work (with a capital W) resonating deeply with leaders in your industry, inspiring productive behavior, influencing the marketplace, and building a significant legacy for the generations to come.

Seek Patience  

Picture yourself graced with patience and joy as you wait for God’s timing, staying strong in your faith, trusting that absolutely none of your Work in the marketplace is in vain.  

Everything counts. 

Everything matters. 

Knock on the Door of Grace and Mercy

Imagine your life filled with God’s grace, navigating challenges with wisdom, experiencing forgiveness, and being merciful with others, as you make business decisions that generate significant revenue while having a profitable impact in the marketplace.   

Seek Purpose and Significance 

See yourself walking in your God-given purpose, understanding the significant role you play in the lives of your clients, customers, and community. 

Knock on the Door of Abundant Resources

Imagine your business ventures flourishing with passive income and consistent reoccurring revenue, enabling you to serve more, give generously, and live lavishly, however, that looks to you.

Ask for a Heart to Serve and Mind to Give

Feel your heart expanding as you serve others with your time and financial resources through your commitment to pro bono work, knowing that what you sow through service, you will indeed reap through overflow. 

Envision your mind and spirit filled with innovative ideas for how you can give to your community in a way that serves people greatly, builds your brand significantly – and in doing so, makes the earth more like it is in heaven. 

Seek Love and Community 

Imagine a life filled with love and a supportive community anchored by nurturing relationships that uplift and inspire you – and …. in which you can uplift and inspire others. 

Soak in the feelings of belonging, love, and joy that flow from doing life with clients, customers, colleagues, friends, family, and everyone else who are part of your work life and personal life communities. 

Ask for Ideal Clients and Customers

See your business attracting your ideal clients and customers, those who align with your values. 

Imagine yourself serving individuals and groups who are thrilled to experience working with your business or brand, who greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with you, and who can afford your programs, products, and services with ease.   

Seek Confirmation of God’s Purpose Fulfilled …

Finally, see yourself living fully in God’s purpose for your life, confident that your prayers are heard and are being answered right now as you are journeying through this visualization.
